What you can expect from Tayanch, and what we need from you.
The one thing to read. Tayanch returns a probabilistic opinion, not proof. A verdict is evidence to inform a human decision — it is not a finding of fact, and it must not be the sole basis on which you accuse a person, reject a customer, remove content, or take any legal or disciplinary action.
These terms are between you (or the organisation you represent) and Tayanch, operated by Jamoliddinbek Yodgorov from the United Arab Emirates. By using this website, the demo or the API you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Tayanch is not yet incorporated. On incorporation the registered entity will assume these terms and this page will be updated with its details.
Tayanch analyses an image, video or audio file and returns one of three verdicts — real, AI-generated, or uncertain — with a probability and a confidence. The "uncertain" verdict is deliberate: where the evidence does not support an answer, the service says so instead of guessing.
You keep all rights in what you submit. You grant us only the narrow, temporary permission needed to process it and return a verdict; we do not retain it, and we do not use it to train our models. See the Privacy Policy.
You agree that you:
An API key is personal to you; keep it secret and tell us promptly if it is exposed. Usage is metered against the quota attached to your key. The free tier is provided as-is for evaluation and may be changed or withdrawn. Paid plans and per-request pricing are published on the pricing page; fees are exclusive of any applicable VAT. We may suspend a key that exceeds its quota, breaches these terms, or threatens the stability of the service.
The website, demo, free tier and self-serve API are provided without a service level agreement. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. An SLA is available only where it is set out in a signed enterprise agreement.
The service, the models, the software, the evaluation methodology and the Tayanch name remain ours. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and specifically make no warranty that any verdict is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost business or reputational harm, and in particular we are not liable for any decision you take on the basis of a verdict. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you submitted without the right to do so, or from your use of the service in breach of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 13 survive termination.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top and, where we hold your email address, notified to you. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
